Can you leave my delivery with my neighbour or in a safe place?

Unfortunately, our delivery team are only able to deliver to the address assigned to the order. They are unable to leave goods unsigned, with a neighbour or in a safe place as due to the size and logistics of most orders, it generally isn’t practical or responsible for them to do so. 

Once goods have been delivered, you will be responsible for them and any loss or damage to the goods will be at your own risk.
