What is your returns policy?

Enjoy a hassle-free and easy way to return things with us. Return anything you like within 14 days of delivery. We please ask for all items to be returned in new condition and in their original packaging.

If you need help sending an item back to us, contact our team who can provide a quotation for this service. Keep in mind that collection charges may be higher than what you have paid for delivery. 

Please note: 
After 14 Days (15-30 Days) we reserve the right to charging a re-stocking fee of 25% of the value of the items returned.
Special orders such as bespoke items cannot be returned unless faulty.
